2018 Washington First Patent American Innovation Dollar Coin PD From Mint Roll

This listing is for a 2 coin set of the first year of Innovation Dollar Coins (one from each mint, P & D).  These coins are taken out of US Mint Rolls and handled with cotton gloves.
The United States Mint American Innovation Coin Program is a multi-year series honoring innovation and innovators with coins from each State, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands. The 2018 American Innovation Coins have uncirculated finishes and were minted at the Philadelphia and Denver Mints.
This listing is for two coins, one from each mint.
The reverse design features George Washington’s signature and the inscriptions “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “AMERICAN INNOVATORS,” and “SIGNED FIRST PATENT.” The stylized gears represent industry and innovation.
The obverse design features a dramatic representation of the Statue of Liberty in profile with the inscriptions “IN GOD WE TRUST” and “.”

he year of minting, mint mark, and “E PLURIBUS UNUM"
